1. What GameSpoon is
GameSpoon is a browser arcade where you can play tiny web games instantly and, with an account, create and publish your own. Playing public games needs no account; creating, publishing, and subscriptions require one.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the games you create. By publishing a game on GameSpoon you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it on the platform so others can play it. You must only publish games you have the rights to — no copied art, music, code, or trademarks you don't own or licence.
3. Community rules
No hateful, harassing, sexual, or violent content; no malware or phishing; no spam, cheating leaderboards, or impersonation. We may remove games or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
4. DMCA & takedowns
If you believe a published game infringes your copyright, email a notice to our contact address with: (a) the game URL, (b) what work is infringed, (c) your contact details, and (d) a good-faith statement. We review notices promptly and remove infringing content; repeat infringers lose their accounts.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed via PayPal. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds follow PayPal's dispute process.
6. Disclaimer
GameSpoon is provided "as is" without warranties. We do our best on uptime but don't guarantee it, and we're not liable for lost data or interrupted play. This is general information, not legal advice.
